Looking for a quick fix to an appetizer? Try this cold egg tofu dish. It’s really simple and fast!

1 egg tofu
3 tablespoons sesame sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
some pine nuts, you can replace with other nuts or condiments available
some fish flakes, you can replace with chopped crab meat

1. Cut egg tofu into thin slices and lay nicely on plate.
2. Mix sesame sauce, sesame oil and olive oil together and pour over tofu.
Sprinkle fish flakes and pine nuts on tofu. Voila! It’s ready to serve.
