This is an easy comfort food, especially so when you are not feeling well.

200-300g of pork loin
1/2 teaspoon salt for marinate
1/2 tablespoon soya sauce for marinate
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil for marinate
1 teaspoon corn flour
2 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon huadiao wine
1-2 tablespoon cooking oil
1 portion Szechuan vegetable, cut into strips

1. Marinate sliced pork with salt, soya sauce and sesame oil. Coat pork lightly with corn flour.
2. Heat wok with oil and stir fry ginger and Szechuan vegetable.
3. Push ginger and Szechuan vegetable aside and add pork.
4. Stir fry pork until pink is almost gone, then stir fry everything together.
5. Add sugar and huadiao wine, and continue to stir fry and it’s ready to serve.
