Hubby was supposed to fry minced pork egg but got lazy and decided to steam it instead.

2 eggs
100g minced pork
1 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon huadiao wine
some pepper
1/2 teaspoon vegetarian/ chicken seasoning
Same amount of water as egg

1. Mix minced pork in soya sauce and oyster sauce.
2. Add egg into minced pork and stir evenly.
3. Add seasoning to water and mix evenly in the egg minced pork mixture.
4. Add pepper and steam for 10 minutes.
5. Pour huadiao wine on steamed minced pork egg custard, and it’s ready to serve.
