Wanted to eat vegetables and something soupy at the same time, hence, decided to combine egg drop soup with spinach.

Ingredients:
1 egg
1 bunch of spinach
1 teaspoon chicken stock
a handful of wolf berries
3 1/4 cups water

Preparation:
1. Boil water with chicken stock and wolf berries.
2. Add spinach and when cooked, switch off the fire.
3. Stir soup and add beaten egg slowly into soup, and it’s ready to serve.
