I was stumbled upon a recipe for Salt & Pepper Prawns and decided to improvise it by changing prawns to pork.

1 palm-sized pork loin, cut into slices
2 cloves of garlic, minced them
1 shallot, minced it
1 thumb-sized ginger, minced it
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 stalks of spring onion, minced them
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon corn flour

Marinate pork with sesame oil and coat it with corn flour, and put aside
Mix salt and pepper and put aside
Heat up cooking oil and stir fry ginger, followed by onion and garlic
Add pork slices and stir fry until you do not see pink, then add salt and pepper mixture
Add spring onion and continue to stir fry and it’s ready to serve
