Feeling ill today, dear hubby made me porridge. Simple egg porridge that actually whips up my appetite.

Ingredients:
1 cup of rice
2 tablespoons of fish sauce
1 teaspoon of onion oil or sesame oil
a dash of pepper
1 egg

Preparation:
1. Boil rice in water for about 30 minutes over medium heat, amount of water varies according to your preference for watery or less watery porridge
2. Break egg into serving bowl and stir
Once porridge is done, pour it into the serving bowl containing egg and mix well, then add the remaining ingredients and its ready to serve
